The IBIS Hotel Erfurt is the perfect starting point for your business or leisure trips. The hotel was built in 1995 and offers 100 friendly rooms, furnished with light beech wood. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
Our bistro serves breakfast from 4:00am to 12:00 noon and drinks and snacks are available all day.
It is conveniently located in Erfurt's eastern outskirts, only 20 minutes away from Weimar. Erfurt's city centre and the main train station can be reached within 4 km; the airport is a 20 to 30 minute drive away.
Since Germany's reunification, Erfurt is the city nearest to the geographical centre of the country. It lies in the southern part of the 'Thüringer Becken', within the valley of the River Gera. To the south, the city is surrounded by hills.
